LogIT is for existing MP&T clients. Support tickets, service requests, account/document queries and claims are structured here so they can flow into SuiteShop and retain a proper history.

This form is integration-ready for the SuiteShop LogIT API. Once the LogIT backend endpoint is deployed, submissions will create the SuiteShop case/ticket directly rather than relying on email.
